This pastel skirt is a rainbow plaid with that madras feel to it. Unlined, pull on style. I'd say this is Y2k era. Brand tags were removed. Inset godets for a fuller skirt. About ankle length. I believe this is cotton.

Waistband measures 34-50", hip 58", length 37". Excellent condition, except the drawstring at the waistband is gone.
