Made In France Lace 10 Yards Uncut Piece From 1995 1 Wide Re-Embroidered Sequins White Nylon Originally 899yard Bridal Trimmings$100.00
Made in France in 1995 for the Bridal Trimmings company, still on the original roll, there are 10 yards of this 1 inch wide white nylon lace with iridescent sequins. The entire uncut piece will come to the buyer of this listing. It is will add that touch of feminine European charm to your bridal gown or whatever garment you use if for. Imported from France, this romantic alencon floral re-embroidered Chantilly lace design is commonly used on upscale designer bridal gowns.
Photos are shown of the lace pattern, along with the front and back sides, along with a quarter to show the relative width size.
Originally priced at $8. 95 per yard in 1995, in today's relative cost that would be $16. 50 per yard.
I unrolled the lace completely to measure it and check for the condition, so I can report it is in Mint Vintage Condition. It is ready to be a superb accent for your very own newly made wedding dress. For the bride-to-be it can become the "something old" for her special day.
It could also be very useful as a repair piece for a vintage garment that is in need of some love.
On the fabric content label it shows this is 100% Nylon.
The vintage plastic roll it is on has some damage to one end, but that did not affect the lace.
I will only sell this as one uncut piece because I think someone who is making a bridal dress wants as much lace as they can get to make their gown unique.
Recently I bought many New Old Stock notions from the owner of a fabric and sewing store that had gone out of business. This is one of those vintage gems, in a quality that would be difficult to find today. Check out my other notions listings to see more of what I have from that store.
