I am so INTO this bold heraldic printed red silk dress by Linda Allard for Ellen Tracy. I have seen many flag prints over the years but this is by far my favorite. Lipstick red silk cocoon-shaped dress. Gathered mock neck with an invisible zipper at the back. Dropped shoulder seams and dolman long sleeves give the bodice a very relaxed shape. The waist is loose and the bottom of the skirt tapers into a more fitted silhouette. I am not certain what the flags specifically represent, but they are vibrantly colored and adorned with ribbon banners, twisted gold ropes and tassels. They bring to mind the Medieval flags. The dress is unlined but opaque.
