No material/content tag - but I’m told the skirt is a type of seersucker, perhaps cotton/linen blend. I cannot confirm this, just a guest to help.

Good Vintage Condition - see photos for more details as there is a small spot on the front under the thick trim band which has a faint spot, and the rear seam below the zipper has small area where the fabric has worn some. This is a vintage handmade dress, please keep that in mind.
