This is a true vintage handmade skirt, it has plenty of additional material at the waist that you could let out to make a larger size.

There are "pockets" of material on the sides, one of which has some loose stitching as shown. Amateur made.

Previously owned, not abused. No holes, tears or stains.

No size tag, measured laid flat

Waist: 12 1/2" - 16" (with extra material could be let out more)
