Vintage Tartan plaid pleated Mini/Knee length skirt Size 10 by Karen Scott. New. Non-wool. Great for those with wool sensitivities and machine washable! Top 7" of pleats are sewn down, then open below that. Pleats at hem are still sewn shut to keep pleats nice. Pull threads out, to release the pleats.
