These vintage traditional black patent leather pump style heels were designed by the iconic American designer, David Evins. With an easy to walk in comfortable 2 inch heel, these are size 9B and a ladylike front gold tone metal twist accent.

These are truly a wearable treasure from the past. Gently treated, these remain in Very Good Vintage Condition and are ready to be worn and enjoyed again. As shown in the photos, these wonderful shoes have been lovingly cared for so they still have much more wear in them.

Photos are included of the sides, soles, front and logo inside.

At the widest point in the front portion it is 2 and 7/8 inches and at the front rounded toe area it narrows to 1 and 3/4 inches.

Measured on the outside the heel is 2 and 1/2 inches high and on the inside it is 2 inches.

For anyone who cares to know more about this respected shoe designer, Leslie L. Nottingham wrote a fascinating paper that is available to read on line. The title is "Well Heeled Lifestyles: the shoes of David Evins and the women who wore them, 1947-1991". Evins designed shoes for so many fashionable women, often made to order. His designs were also sold at several high-end department stores.
