Buttons at the waist with a box pleat just below. Pretty red trim round a horizontal panel near the bottom hem. Definitely very small, but quite long. No labels.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.

Waist: About 23. 5" Button could be shifted to get perhaps another quarter to half inch. And there is a bit of fabric to let it out a bit but one would perhaps need to add some cotton to the actual waistband.
