Hand sewn petticoat with a tiny scalloped trim at the hem. Single hook eye closure at waist. Double paneling down both the front and back sides. Very odd. This is a very sturdy plain petticoat or long skirt. Front darts for stapling over hips. Purchased from a lot of antique clothing.
