This is a simple white cotton from late Victorian to early Edwardian petticoat. The petticoat has a fitted waistband that fastens with a shell button. The skirt is gathered at the waist and hangs in an A-line silhouette to the ankles. There is a large flounce just under the knees with two bands of lace sewn into the hem that gives it some fun and added flare.

Condition:
The petticoat is in great condition with only some very faint staining near the placket on the skirt. It has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
