This antique skirt was made ca. 1900, and the Broderie anglaise embroidery will blow you away. It is embroidered allover with a very Edwardian motif of delicate sprays, with eyelets and a scalloped hem. It closes in the side using several snaps. The woven fabric has a natural sheerness to it; it is pictured with nothing underneath, but it could be layered with a slip for less sheerness.

Great vintage condition. There is a small marking and a pinhole on the skirt’s back. All things considered, it is in amazing condition, as it’s rare to find these Edwardian skirts in a wearable condition at all.
