This is a lovely and simple white cotton petticoat with the owner's initials in pen on the waistband. (A.R.G) The waist has ties to fasten it and is open so you can get it on over the head. The petticoat falls to just hit the floor and is a simple a-line skirt with slight fullness. The lower part below the knees is decorated with pintucks and a frilly lace ruffle at the hem edge.

Condition:
The skirt is in great condition overall with two things to note. One is that the two bottom stripes were sewn off at both the top and bottom, but the bottom has been undone. It's not noticeable and does not affect the wearability of the petticoat. The second thing to note is that there is some faint staining in a few spots over the skirt. The skirt has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.

Sizing: The petticoat has ties but the waistband is 22” long. It can do a large size but would have an opening like shown in the photos, The mannequin has a 26” waist.
