Vintage footed depressionware blue uranium glass bowl. It is beautiful with "Dolphin" handles. They look more like Koi, a fish or a serpent to me, but is what they call them on the old glass. It is 9-1/4" across the widest part, 5" tall, 6-1/2" across the inside of bowl, and 4-1/4" across the foot. It is vintage, most likely from the 1930's, and not without its flaws that add to the character. There are some air bubbles consistent with depression glass. Some tiny scratches/nics. Please enlarge all photos/video to inspect to ensure your happiness. It has a leaning anomaly done during manufacturing. The "dolphin" handle's do not glow under uv.
