Navy blue and off white geometric print of squares with polka dots inside them

Two broad blue stripes down the front and a blue block at the bottom

Dark blue belt loops - two in front and two in back

Waistband has a little bit of stretch but is still smaller than a modern 12

No fabric or care tags but it feels like a rayon or polyester blend

Unlined but the inside is almost all blue

Tag is marked size 12

Very Edwardian styling

Gently used condition with very little signs of wear

Hip: about 18 inches depending on your height and where it hits on you
