Vintage mid-century Stavangerflint Norway Child's Bowl, designed by Kari Nyquist in the 1950s/1960s. Pale blue with a darker blue design featuring a small boy flying a kite. The border of the bowl is lined with trains. It measures 6.5" in diameter and is marked on the back. In decent vintage condition, with light crazing throughout, and some utensil marks on the bottom surface of the bowl. There are three small brown marks on the outside of the bowl, which I believe might be kiln marks due to to the fact they are rough/indented, but I could be wrong about this (photos 9, 10, and 11). There are additional brown marks on the rim on part of the bowl (photos 11 & 12), and some other marks/wear on the outside of the bowl. It has been priced accordingly.
