100% Rayon velvet in a beautiful Royal Blue perfect for every day or special occasion.

Crochet (or knit) halter top has a low back, tie at neck, and is trimmed in a glittery matching thread.

Matching A line skirt has permanent sunburst pleats, side invisible zipper.

Jacket has hook and eye closure at waist and is embellished with a rope belt that fastens with a beautiful blue rhinestone buckle.
