Vintage Pendleton Blue Plaid Pleated Midi Skirt Size 14. Top 5" of pleats are stitched down, then open up below that. I wear a 12/14 and this is too small. In my opinion, it would fit a modern 10, small 12 best, but please refer to measurements.
