Vintage Talbots Black Wool Pleated Skirt Size 14. 1 3/8" wise waistband with elastic on sides for comfort. Pleats are sewn down for top 6.5", then fall open from there. Hits below knees on me, I am 5'6", please see measurements. In my opinion it fits more like a modern 10/12, but please refer to measurements for accurate fit.
