This vintage skirt from Liz Claiborne is solid black with white flower stripes printed on each pleat and across the waistband. Unlined. Side zipper with a hook and eye closure, but the eye piece needs to be tacked back down. Can be worn as is. Machine washable.

Waistband measures 26", length 21". Excellent condition aside from hook eye needing to be re sewn.
