Vintage, likely antique, early plastic / celluloid, large bejeweled hair comb. Ornate fan with swirls and a focal flower. Embellished with sparking blue rhinestones. Art Deco design with some Victorian echoes. These were styled after Spanish Mantilla combs used in Flamenco dance.
