This precious little piece is by designer Anne Fogarty.  I love this aline shift silhouette that was popular in the 1960s. The fabric is a striped orange and bronzey gold metallic. Zipper closure down the back with hook closure at the neck.  Zippers on the cuffs. 
Great vintage condition. There is a small stain on the interior of the left bow. There are a few small discolorations in the interior of the dress.
