Charming little 1990's vintage rayon floral jumper dress by Romeo Romeo. Plunging collared neckline. 3 functional oversized novelty buttons down the front. Exceptional 1940's inspired burgundy rayon floral with blue and taupe floral sprays. Additional ivory oval print trim on the faux pockets and at the back of the dress. Dropped waist. The arm holes are cut to the waist, so you will likely want to wear a top underneath. Vest-style back with ties to cinch as you like. Pulls over the head.
