Lovely 1990s vintage pastel tiered patchwork floral semi-sheer cotton midi/maxi skirt. Has elastic waist, but not super stretchy. Beautiful purple, blue, orange and green flowers. 100% rayon. Made in India.

Condition: good vintage condition but elastic in waist is worn (not very stretchy), so fits close to measurement waist size only, some wear due to age but no major flaws
