Vintage Laundry by Shelli Segal Lace Overlay Cocktail Dress Size 12

Peach lining and black eyelash lace overlay, solid wide satin waistband, spaghetti straps, a-line silhouette, stiff net lining layer for added fullness, side zipper closure. Vintage 90's. Falls below the knee on someone 5'6". Does not stretch.
Pull in center front of waistband (a sparkly brooch would cover that up), discolorations on lining on underarms; please see close up photos.
