1990s vintage rayon floral day dress by E.D Michaels. Black rayon with a floral print in purple, teal blue and white. Scoop neckline. Padded shoulders. Short cap sleeves. Black plastic buttons closures down down the front. Belt loops with original matching belt. Elastic waist. Dropped waist seam across the upper hips. Pleated skirt. No lining. Pulls over the head. Very 1940's inspired print.
