A cute little dark blue mod style dress. It is relatively lightweight and perfect for spring and summer! Material has a smooth, velvet-like feel to it - although there is no texture - and it is a bit stretchy. There is a mild blotchiness to the color that is difficult to determine if it was meant to be this way, but it is very subtle. A super cute and sexy dress for a fun night out or beach day!
