1990's vintage novelty print dress by Carol Anderson. Navy blue rayon with a charming print of hibiscus flowers and Japanese architecture. Neckline, arm holes and hem trimmed in yellow and white gingham. Bias cut with a body skimming silhouette. Keyhole back with a ties at the nape of the neck. Pulls over the head, no closures. No lining needed.
