This is a Circa 90's Hobo International White Handbag. There is One Handle that goes over your Wrist. It has a Shiny Finish similar to Patent Leather with a Crinkle Texture. The Inside is lined with Dotted Fabric and it has a Zipper Pocket Five Slide Pockets.
