1990s vintage crinkly floral day dress by Carole Little. Pale blue crinkly acetate with a floral print with butterflies and hummingbirds. Ruffled neckline with a small teal silk ribbon tie at the center. Bias cut that skims the silhouette and expands to accommodate curves. Ruffled hem. Pulls over the head, no closures.
