Really fascinating piece! Lightweight pleated shorts/culottes that have a skirt look. High rise. Vibrant Olympics themed pattern in pink/magenta, red, and blue. This style was worn with a magenta/pink blazer at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics opening ceremony by team USA women. Still has original tags. Like new condition.
