Pretty vintage 90s black floral skirt. Black cotton with large multicolored floral print. High waist with two side buttons with one hidden button on the inside, although the pocket on the button side is half open. Stretchy elastic on the back of the waist. Pleated front. Midi calf length. Unlined. The material feels like a lightweight cotton blend. There is a little bit of a dark color bleed spot near the buttons, please see photos.
