1990s vintage black rayon floral midi dress. Black rayon with a blue and yellow floral print. Plastic functional buttons all the way down the front. Scoop neckline. Wide tank straps. A-line silhouette with loops and long ties at each side of the waist. The ties can be cinched at the waist to your preference. Midi length. No lining. Only closures are the buttons.
