Vintage 90s black crushed velvet button front maxi dress. Features a lace trimmed high neck with a keyhole in front, flirty flutter sleeves and flattering a-line silhouette. Adjustable waist tie in back. Can double as a maxi duster that looks really cute over pants.

Great vintage condition with one tiny hole near the neckline in back. Hard to spot so I tried to show it in photos with a bright light behind it to accentuate it.
