1990's vintage black polka dot daisy print dress by R-Wear Rampage. Soft and silky black rayon with small white pin dot polka dots. Clusters of white daisies are scattered throughout. Low scoop neckline. Functional black plastic buttons all the way down the front. Princess seams. Fluttery short sleeves. Fitted waist that can be cinched further by the lacing at the back. A-line skirt. No lining.
