1990's vintage black rayon crepe floral dress by Putumayo. Relaxed fit with a drawstring at the back to cinch the waist as much as you'd like. Scoop neckline trimmed in a black and white dot print. Short sleeves also trimmed in the same black and white dot print. White floral print throughout. Pulls over the head, no closures. No lining but opaque.
