Vintage 90s dress by the label Jams World is made of a very cool textured pop floral black and white print. ties at back with thin strings to accentuate the bodice shape. Dress doesn't come with belt in photos, but it does look great styled with a belt. skirt of dress flares out a bit for extra volume and flounce as you walk and hem hits mid calf. In great condition.
