1990's vintage black and burgundy devoré velvet maxi gown by Lapis. Gorgeous bias cut that skims the body and expands with the curves. Wide bra strap friendly straps. V neckline. The dress has two layers of black sheer rayon that when layered create a fairly opaque finish. Zebra-like stripes of deep shimmering burgundy burnout silk velvet. Pulls over the head, no closures.
