Beautiful option for holidays or any other black tie event. Cherry red in color. Looks EUC no visible flaws. No stretch, seems to fit a modern 4. Hips and length were measured inside out for better fit and to protect the outer chiffon. 56" long. I estimate very late 90s or early y2k (1999-2001) based on my being old enough to remember all these trends :)
