Cool deadstock black 90s/00s y2k high-waisted pleated school girl tennis skirt. Hits just above the knee and is made of a soft poly/rayon blend twill fabric. Features 6 knife pleats on the front and two back darts to make the booty pop. Finished with a center-back zipper and a button at the waist. New with tags from Mervyn's California and is Unite! union made in the USA.
