Adorable button front Shirtdress by Millenium. Late 90’s to Y2K piece. Short sleeves with roll tab buttons at the shoulders. Collar. Princess seams for shaping. Soft, mid-weight cotton/spandex blend poplin does provide some stretch. One small faded area near the the bottom hem as shown in last pic. It blends well with the color. I never noticed it until I went to measure the length. Machine washable. Size 1X. See photos for exact unstretched measurements.
