Walk with a jingle in this women's colorful vintage festival skirt from. Skirt / costume piece has bells and mirrors. Only closure is at waist with a safety pin. Midi length, sewn in mirrors, sewn on bells. Lots of metallic gold rick rack and braid on different fabrics. Lots of everything! Fabric mix of polished cotton and regular cotton. Flawless.
