Dame Trelise Cooper is a celebrated New Zealand fashion designer known around the world for her elegant womenswear. This skirt, from her "Cooper by Trelise" label, is a colorful circle skirt printed with a design that could be Southwestern, Hispanic, perhaps Islander. (If you look closely at the main design, it appers to be a young man bandaging the toe of a young woman holding a handkerchief to dry her tears.) The fabric is a crisp cotton broadcloth with a 5. 5-inch wide ribbed knit waistband, and it's nicely finished with black bias tape around the bottom. Labeled size 4. Please refer to the measurements for additional guidance regarding size.
