90’s Black and White Polka Dot Dress

Vintage Evan-Picone sleeveless shift dress with three-tier ruffle bottom. 100% polyester, with lining and single button back closure. It is listed on the tag as a size 10, but the size is more comparable to a contemporary size 8. Shoulder to shoulder is 11. 5", the arm openings are 9. 5", and the length from shoulder seam to bottom hem is 41". Because it is a shift cut, the bust, waist and hips all fit up to 38" and there are darts sewn in to the bust for extra shaping.
