This vintage skinny necktie is quietly elegant and conservative from a distance, with a fabulous hand crafted vibe up close! It is done in ribbon weave, which I've seen in women's fashion of the 50s and 60s, but this is the first necktie I've come across using this technique. The primary color is dark blue - it's actually two shades of dark blue, plus dark red and a bit of white. The fabric has a silky rayon feel. The tie is backed in dark blue faille.
