Made in the USA by Bechamel, this Size Medium dark purple velveteen pullover top is from the 1980's. Drop shoulder style, there are long sleeves in this tunic-length pullover. It will look terrific day or night with everything from leggings to skirts. A mix of 90% polyester and 10% Spandex allows for comfortable fit and stretch.

Sizing has changed over the years and between designers, so please use these measurements (taken without any stretching) to make sure this will fit you:

Shoulder to shoulder is 17 inches.
Bust is 42 inches.
Sleeves are 20 inches
Armhole opening is 24 inches.
Waist is 41 inches.
Full length is 25 inches.
Side slits are 5 inches.
Hemline width is 44 inches.

Freshly cleaned, it comes to you ready to wear, from a home with no pets and no smokers. The fabric care label recommends dry cleaning, which I did. However today's washers all have delicate wash cycles, so this conceivably could be hand washed or delicate care laundered.

It is not lined. Because this is from the 1980's there are internal shoulder pads. Those could be easily removed if you prefer a more natural shoulder line.

No zippers or buttons are required due to the added Spandex. However I would caution anyone who doesn't like to pull tight neckline clothes on over your head that this mock turtleneck does not have a lot of "give". This fit will be best suited to someone who has a small size head.

This dark purple Bechamel pullover is in Very Good Vintage condition, with no stains, holes, odors, pilling or unraveling.
