It was the collar that got me. I mean, c'mon...how sweet is that collar?! It's a chic pastel version of clown collar made by an exclusive high-end fashion designer in Greenwich, CT.

Then those same frills are repeated on the sleeves. Oh, and the sleeves are diaphanous but the rest of the dress is lined.

Yeah, this is confection in a dress. The cotton candy colors, the cut of the collar, the frothy fabric, there's lace inside joining the hem and the lining and ...the name Razooks—it doesn't get much sweeter.

The silhouette is forgiving but you can add a belt and get a whole different look.

Church? Easter? A wedding? Punk it up a little with a jeans jacket and hit the park for a picnic.
