Gorgeous turquoise blue polyester dress with stripes in green with flecks of black and textured shiny polka dots. Front and sleeves feature a beautiful scalloped ruffle (1 on each sleeve, 3 on each side of bodice) that is nearly impossible to photograph. Cuffed sleeves and elastic waist. Iconic vintage 1980s shoulder pads. Buttons up back. Excellent condition.
