1980's vintage floral skirt by Neil Martin. This skirt has such a beautiful print. Quality rayon in vibrant kelly green with a kaleidoscope-style floral in purple and turquoise. Black outlines the print. Natural waist with a nylon side zipper and button. Pockets at the hips. No lining needed, the skirt is opaque.
