Vintage 80s pale yellow textured scallops secretary dress modern size medium

This vintage 1980s dress is a gorgeous pale yellow with high neckline that buttons in the back. It has long cuffed sleeves and a unique textured scallop pattern in the front along with a pleated skirt. It comes with the original tie belt, however the belt is beginning to come unsewn and one loop is missing. Otherwise this dress is in excellent condition and so cute and breezy.

Measured laying flat pit to pit 19.5 inches, waist 14.5 inches, stretched 17.5 inches, hips 30 inches, length 42 inches. Modern size medium. No brand, size, care, or content tags.
