Cute little lacy collar surplice neckline Blouson Dress with 2 rows of 2 buttons and snap in collar. Elastic waist w Calf length Skirt. 3/4 sleeves. No size or fabric tag but feels like poly or blend amd fits like medium/large. May be some discoloration/color fading, but I can't tell if it is just the lighting. Unnoticed during wear.
